What happens to the details you leave through this website. What the app itself records is set out in the app, on its Privacy page, which everyone who starts using it can read.
Who is responsible
Teren is responsible for the details you leave through this website.
What we record
- Your name and email address.
- Whatever you choose to add: your phone number and your message.
Your device's network address (IP) is used only at the moment of sending, to stop a flood of messages, and is not stored with your message.
The website sets no cookies, measures no visits and loads nothing from anyone else's servers.
Why
Only to answer you and arrange to show you Teren. We will not send you advertising, and no one receives your details except the services in the table below.
Who processes it

The notification arrives in a mailbox at Google, so your message may also be transferred outside Serbia.
How long
We keep your message for 12 months at most, after which it is deleted automatically. If you want it deleted sooner, write to us.
Your rights
Under Serbia's Law on Personal Data Protection you can ask to see your data, to correct it, to delete it or to restrict how it is processed, and you can complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs). Write to kontakt@terenapp.rs; we answer within 30 days.
