Terms of use
Short and plain: what you get, how long the trial lasts, how payment works and how to cancel.
Who provides the service
The service is provided by Teren. Contact: kontakt@terenapp.rs.
Trial
The trial lasts 30 days and is free. We do not ask for a card and there is no setup fee. If you do not continue after the trial you owe nothing, and we delete your company's data within 90 days.
Price and payment
You pay per site, per month, at the price we agree before the trial ends. An invoice arrives once a month. There is no setup fee.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, in writing or by email. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing month. There is no long-term commitment.
Your data is yours
Diaries, recordings, photos and reports belong to your company. Teren uses them only to provide the service and for nothing else. Reports you have received by email stay yours after you cancel. How data is recorded and kept is set out on the Privacy page and in the app itself.
Your obligations
The company tells its foremen and workers that their day is recorded in Teren and is responsible for what is entered into it. Access details are not shared with people outside the company.
Our obligations
We work to keep Teren running without interruption and to lose no record: data is stored securely, and a backup is made every night. Maintenance or a provider's fault can occasionally make the service unavailable; records made in the meantime wait on the phone and are sent once the service is back.
Changes to these terms
We tell you about any change to these terms by email at least 30 days in advance.
